• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Types

4. For Domain Owners

4.1 Domain Requirements

Domains submitted to our platform must:

• Be legally owned or controlled by you
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not contain misleading or deceptive content
• Not infringe on third-party rights

4.2 Revenue Share

Domain owners receive a percentage of revenue from leads generated through their domains. Specific terms are outlined in your account agreement.

5. For Lead Buyers

5.1 Lead Quality

While we implement validation measures, we do not guarantee:

• Lead conversion rates
• Specific business outcomes
• Lead exclusivity beyond stated terms

5.2 Lead Exclusivity

Unless otherwise specified, leads are provided with 48-hour exclusivity. After this period, leads may be sold to additional buyers.

5.3 Payment Terms

• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are provided only for invalid or duplicate leads as per our refund policy

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
