I love this planter but when I first installed it, the circle of the planter wouldn't face the front and was slightly angled. It didn't look right, and I wasn't happy at all. I took a photo of it, sent it to the Seller, and sought their advice, thinking that the one I had received was faulty. The Seller was quick to reply and advised me to adjust the angle of the ceiling hook. I was asked to turn the hook sideways in order for the circle of the planter to face the front. This wasn't easy, as I had already drilled holes on my ceiling. Not wanting to drill more holes, I adjusted the hook as much to the side as I could, and the circle now looked a bit better, although not entirely 100% facing the front. I told the seller that they could have put this instruction with the product or on Amazon for buyers. Other that this, I have no complaints about the product. It is well made. I would love to have more, but the price is too steep for that reason :-(

I ordered these as I wanted something that looked contemporary and also was a step away from the standard wicket hanging plant holder, very pleased with both the size and quality of these and have to say they looked smart once up. They appear to be sturdy but be careful with the powder coating on the holder until it’s up and hanging I put one down and it scratched it very slightly. Putting it on a towel would make sure that doesn’t happen. I was going to include a picture but it wasn’t worth it they look exactly like the pictures on the listing. I was so pleased with then I have ordered two more. It would be good if you could just buy singles. As far as value for money goes I would say it is average, not over priced but not a steal either, did notice they are being sold for a lot more on a well known artisan site
